We offer a range of health care options with a variety of insurance carriers and costs, so you can select coverage based on what’s most important to you and your family. To help reduce your costs and boost your health, all our medical plans cover the full cost of in-network preventive care, and there are no pre-existing conditions limitations.

We also offer several options for dental and vision plans to enhance your total wellness. All of our dental plans include coverage for routine dental exams and cleanings every six months, and some include additional coverage for basic and major dental care, including orthodontia. We’ve also curated several vision plans to fit your needs, from annual eye exams only to coverage for lenses, frames, and contacts.

Taking time off to rest and recharge is so important to your overall wellness. Our PTO program ranges from 15 to 25 days, depending on the number of years of service with us. You can rest assured, knowing you can take time away from work to care for yourself and your loved ones. We’ve got your back.

Holidays are about friends and family, rest and celebration. Here at Amentum, we observe 10 paid holidays per year to help you connect and create memories with those who matter most in your life.

Planning for life after retirement is an important step, and we want to help you in meeting your post-retirement financial goals. Our Retirement & Savings Plan (RSP) is a 401(k) plan, and you are eligible to participate on your very first day at Amentum. You can contribute up to 75% of your eligible compensation (subject to IRS limitations) to the RSP, and you have the option to defer pre-tax, after-tax, and Roth contributions to the RSP. It’s one more way we are committed to investing in our most valuable asset: our people.

Here at Amentum, we believe in family, and adoption can be a wonderful way to grow yours. We want to help; that’s why we offer up to $5,000 per finalized adoption to cover the cost of qualified expenses, including court costs, attorney fees, travel, and other expenses that are directly related to the adoption process.

Your pets are part of the family, too, so as part of our commitment to going further for our people, we offer pet insurance to help defray veterinary expenses for a sick or injured dog or cat. Even better: in some cases, preventive care may also be covered, so Fluffy and Ralph can stay healthy.
